Pelcon Projects is led by founder Mitchell Pelizzoni. Mitchell started his career on the tools as a licensed plumber, then progressed through foreman roles, site management, services coordination, project management, and development-side delivery.

That pathway — from the trades through to client-side consultancy — is the foundation of how Pelcon works. Clients get someone who understands buildings from the ground up and thinks about projects the way a developer does.
